[Vtigercrm-developers] Any docs on using the REST Convert Lead API?

I couldn't find anything online yet the operation appears to be 
correctly published in the vtiger_ws_operation and 
vtiger_ws_operation_parameters tables.

How do I know which of the operation parameters are mandatory?

I think I can work out what all of them expect in terms of data apart 
from the parameter called "potential" that has a type of "Encoded"? Is 
this the Potential name value?
