[Vtigercrm-developers] best way to translate VTiger 7?

Hi there,

HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone! :)

And now my quetstion: What is the best way to translate Vtiger 7? I have a
friend who can do the translations, but he is not very technically savvy.

I also would like to have him avoid doing translations that are not
relevant - and it seems several of the strings in the current language
files are not actually used?
