[Vtigercrm-developers] user can't post ticket in portal

Did you find a solution to this issue?
I've got the same error. If portal user tries to create a ticket, it's
generate an error message. When a new ticket is created, I have a workflow
that sends a text message, and the text message is triggered, but the ticket
isn't saved.
Tickets are created just fine, when created from the CRM.
