[Vtigercrm-developers] After applying hotfix3 two comment tabs displayed

Hi all,

After applying hotfix 3 we have two tabs showing for comments on an
opportunity. See attached file. Other modules appear fine. We still get the
error relating to the undefined "data" variable in JavaScript.
