This has always been a problem... We generally create custom workflow 
functions or Event Handlers to get around the problem, but it can be 
done "properly" as you can see in the screenshot from vtiger Cloud.

Again - answered in vtiger Cloud.

It wouldn't be too hard to add a "Workflow ..." comment to ModTracker to 
indicate this and use the correct user.

This only became an issue on a system we are about to migrate from 
5.4.0. They just noticed it and said - hang on, it wasn't the Admin that 
did this thing...
