[Vtigercrm-developers] How to deny editing Assign to field?

Hi
Since "Assign to" field is mandatory in any module, it is impossible to
make it readonly. Users want it to be readonly except on creating.
Otherwise managers can steal customers and orders. And it is impossible to
make records private, users have to edit records assigned to users.
Any ideas on how to achieve this?

In Privileges editor make an option to control Assign to field.
Maybe checkbox like "Can edit Assign To" in Tools section.
