[Vtigercrm-developers] Fatal error in Cron.php - line 12

[Somsak Artwawoot]

Config OK... Perl installed  - CRM working, but when I fire vtigercron.php
from cli it fails with this fatal error.
Further it messing workflows and this part is not working actually...
