[Vtigercrm-developers] Fatal error in Cron.php - line 12

when trying  to fire vtigercron.php I have:
PHP Fatal error:  require_once(): Failed opening required
'include/database/PearDatabase.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php')

php 7.1 - is this something somebody experienced before?
