[Vtigercrm-developers] Best practice for making VT7 theme?

Hi there,

I'm considering making a new VT7 theme, based on an existing bootstrap
admin theme, ie. with CSS, JS, etc.

Are there any recommendations on what would be best practice?

I want to make it as 100% stand-alone and without core changes :)
