There are several to choose from... You can google it and see for yourself.
As for a link to other themes in the Demo... I don't even know which demo
you are looking at, or even if it is updated.
You might try clicking on the gear icon and looking for the themes tab,
typically there are 3 or 4 layouts to choose from by default.
