Hi Alan, I promise you that I'm not masquerading as your USA customer .

I'm not what I would classify as a full time developer, but would you
recommend that I follow your advice and register with and then post a bug on
code.vtiger.com?

Or do you think based on your last statement that you may be in a better
position (along with better expertise in exactly what needs to be done) to
do this?

I am more than happy to follow-up if this is the best thing to do, but
didn't want to step on any toes...
