[Vtigercrm-developers] workflow on ticket: from value doesn't appear

HI
If I try to modify workflow on ticket creation from customer portal
condition are empty. If I look in demo.vtiger.com in condition there is
FROM PORTAL value.
This value seems not present in our installation.
Idea why? it's a 6.5 (updated from 6.4).
