Hy,

There is an unofficial version of my Vtiger Tools, which contains this
feature, because there is often the following situation:
A user told me "I cannot see/do/delete XYZ in our CRM". I check with a
similar user and have no problem.

Then I could switch the User to the requesting one and check with his
configuration to solve the problem. (Or mostly explain the User, what he is
doing wrong.)

You can download it here:
https://drive.redoo-networks.com/f/edbfe92ac6a043ea9108/?dl=1

*But:* Pay attention with this module. It contains some functions, which
shouldn't be make available for clients, which don't understand them. They
could corrupt something.
If you don't press every button once, then nothing happen. The module don't
do anything himself.
(I really had a client, which simple press every button one time to see
what's happen. This is also the reason I only give this direct download to
this mailing list.)

Sources are available here: https://github.com/swarnat/VtigerCRM-Tools But
I'm not sure, if they are up to date.

Stefan
