Hello,

I never noticed these codes before.
I have started noticing these when I have seen this commit

I wonder when  I see  mobile templates and angular js code.
I don't have any clue on where these mobile templates are using
looks like these are using for mobile app.

Also seen a mobile detect code in library/MobileDetect, but its not used
anywhere
