I don't know how else to get your attention Prasad, but another good example
of failure of communication from vtiger towards the community is this one

Alan was offering great improvements, he already had everything prepared and
is now asking for some input, he asked vtiger directly, still not a single
response since two months. Such a great change must make it into the next
release...
