[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger CRM 6.5.0 GA Released

According to github the mpdf php7 issues are resolved in the latest release
6.1.0.
I can only refer to my request to introduce composer to manage all those
libraries. Extensions could also just use an composer interface of vtiger to
make sure all necessary libraries are there.
