[Vtigercrm-developers] Version 6.5.0 - Decimal point is comma

Sorry about that, the issue was in a custom module - vtigertools from Stefan
Warnat, we had "You could NOT enter numbers with the use of the comma. " 

We had this function selected to work around the decimal / comma issue from
6.4 (ie. users who had their preferences switched around)

Deactivated it and its now fine
