[Vtigercrm-developers] Is it possible to execute the workflow task by condition?

Hy Kiran,

Maybe my Workflow Designer could help you, because in this module you could
combine multiple delay/condition/send mails in every combination, like you
need.
If I understand your request correct, you would like to check if a
condition is matched, before you send a SMS / Mail to a customer. That's
exactly what me module could handle.

Basic version will be enough for your problem.

If you cannot use external modules, I'm not sure if it is possible to solve
your problem, because internal Workflows always are build in 3 steps.
