[Vtigercrm-developers] Except admin login, No login is working?

I can only say that I had a similar problem with login in Firefox. I got a
message 'Not authorized to access this page' And solution was to clear cache
and restart both browser and pc.  
Not sure what the problem is in your case. Check users table in the
database, and config files
