[Vtigercrm-developers] Calendar issue related to event edition and final time

Hi

The new 6.5 release brought an annoying calendar bug, possibly related
to http://code.vtiger.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/issues/85

Step to reproduce:

1) Enter calendar, pick an existing event in future, edit event

2) change start time

3) save

Current result: The event now has the start time as expected but end
time is start time + default event duration.

Expected result: the end time should not be changed.

practical example: if the original meeting starts at 14:00 and ends at
18:00, and customer is late and wants to start at 15:00 then the end
time should be kept at 18:00 and not set to 15:05 as it is now on saving
the update (because the default event duration is 5 min).

Can someone confirm? My 6.5 is an upgrade of 6.4.
