[Vtigercrm-developers] modify $Comment

Hi

Where to modify variables *$last5Comments* and *$Comment *?
Currently it returns:

Test User - 15.08.2016 08:18:35
------
Test comment

I need to replace "------" with some nice <hr> and maybe one </br>

Any hint please?
