Prasad, I raised ticket http://code.vtiger.com/vtiger/vtigercrm/issues/266
But because of I dont see recently any responses nor tagging issues
I will join here this question, so also other dev's can touch the issue
base.

Indeed problem is with encoding emails using windows-874 (TH characters).
For some reason Microsoft apps coding automatically messages with TH
language
to w-874, and this way of encoding is not working with Vtiger MailManager
and MailConverter
returning mess.

I working with few clients who using Thai as a main or second system
language, and everyone has the same issue.
Is there a way to get it working? I believe ondemand has no such issue, so
just Ctrl+C should work (as you probably know where)
