[Vtigercrm-developers] ITS4YOU extensions - support?

Hi,

has anyone noticed some problems with ITS4YOU (http://www.its4you.sk/en/)
extension provider support?

I have posted through their portal some tickets, but they are not even
answerd, positive or negative.

I had pretty good experience withe their support in past.. but now there is
no word from them.

Any info would be appreciated, does their extensions have some support or
it is better to avoid buying/using their extensions?
