[Vtigercrm-developers] Email sending problem after updating to 6.2

Hello developer community,

we're facing a problem that i found several similar solutions for, but none
of them is really working for us.
So i'm asking again and hope that it helps others too, who might facing it
too.

When one user is trying to send an email from vtiger we get the following
error message -->
Deadlock occurred for events:

We faced this problem after updating from 6.1 to 6.2

Anyone knows something about it?
