Ok maybe a little less aggressive
remove what you have done before and replace line 194 with this one (still
in utils.php in function getblock_fieldlistview($block_array,$block)
$list .=
"<th>".utf8_encode(getTranslatedString($header_arr[$i]['fielddata']))."</th>";
