I don't know if this is anything to do with it, but can I ask, why you 
insert this csrf javascript code into an *email*?

I tried removing this from the source of the workflow email template and 
the bit at the end:

> <script type="text/javascript">CsrfMagic.end();</script>

But it is automatically put back in every time it gets saved...

I know of very few email clients that will readily run some random chunk 
of javascript code - they'd be mad to frankly...
