[Vtigercrm-developers] Unable to click into the Popup list

In any module if a user hovers over a field in a list view that then
displays a popup the user is unable to actually click into that popup list.
Ideally a user would want to be able to click on the email address in the
popup and quickly send an email.

What steps should I take to solve this?
