[Vtigercrm-developers] use vtiger in lan and extarnal access

hi

I configured vtiger to use it whit an external access, but not work in lan.
I changed the URL in file confin.inc for external access but how do to use
both modality lan and extarnal? In version 5.4 this problem there wasn't.
