Hi Stacey

The class Vtiger_MailScanner has a set of lookup functions look at these to achieve what you want. This class is in modules\Settings\MailConverter\handlers\MailScanner.php

They are called from MailScannerAction.php dependant on what action is being taken.

I need mailscanner read email and compare email (from) to all email fields in Contacts/Organizations - not only primary email.
Where should I dig?
