[Vtigercrm-developers] Issue Field Time

hi

When i create a field time in module lead or contacts the field time don't
show the menu of hour on the first click, only if reload the page the menu
unlocks. But the field work correctly in custom module.
no one has tried?

It's a bug of vtiger?
