[Vtigercrm-developers] windows exe installer versions

Likely this is just an incorrect php version being reported as required?

I reported this in an earlier version but I presume never made the trac 
ticket which Uma suggested I do.

Can we get confirmation as to whether 5.5 is really the current php 
required by vtiger?
