Hi,

Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS / PHP 5.5.9
Database & tables charset : UTF-8
Vtiger 6.3.0 Language : French
Custom Portal 6.3.0 Language : English

Use case : Login to your customer portal --> go to contact tab --> accents
not displaying properly in list & detail view (see attached screenshot)
