[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger.php language pack / app.translate

Hi Alan,

I have updated my observations towards app.vtranslate in above mentioned
trac <http://trac.vtiger.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/ticket/8562> ticket. Please
do share your concern regarding this for further analysis.
