I executed:

chown -R nginx:nginx /var/www/vtigercrm
chmod  -R 775 /var/www/vtigercrm

Still the same output.

Assuming the path is /var/www/vtigercrm

sudo chown -R www-data:www-data vtigercrm
sudo chmod  -R 775 /var/www/vtigercrm
