[Vtigercrm-developers] Importing records

Hello,

I tried importing a file of 40.000 records with the built-in import
functionality of vtiger but it created lots of duplicates, which resulted
in more than 568.000 records added. Any idea why this happened, and how to
avoid this in the future?
