If you are seeing that (code with strikethrough) either you are not viewing the true source or your email client or computer is misconfigured

What email client are you using?
Have you opened the email in another email client as suggested?

I have noticed that there is that in the email at the very beginning

Strike through is either CSS or HTML.

Often what you will find is there is some invalid HTML in the email (like a not properly closed tag) and the all the text is effected by something it shouldnt be.

Take a close look at the email message source see if there is something wrong there.

How are you reading the email? If you are using a webmail client its entirely possible that there is a class in the email that is getting its style from the webmail client. try viewing the email in another client and see what happens.

I had scheduled the .sh file and not the .php file   stupid me as we are with an hoster we can not run basch scripts....

and I had to change the vtigercron.php to the proper PHP_SAPI inforation...

Now I have an issue...All mail I received from thw workflow does appear with the text completely strikethrough....like that

Check the scheduler to see if the the cron is actually running. It should say the task ran at x time

If the scheduler says no scheduled tasks ran then the problem is with cron.

Vtigercon.sh is scheduled every one hour (can not do below) and the table
com_vtiger_workflowtask_queue

has some records

But i never received the email....and normal email sending is working ok

Any hint?
