[Vtigercrm-developers] missing file

Hi,

Thanks! for sharing the knowledge base, it really helped me in
understanding conditionally comments :)

In my previous response i shared the thoughts i had went through my command
line, where it reflects code as commented and checking against firex-fox
and chrome browser doesn't through any errors.
