Ok, so I finally found how to solve the issue by simply modifying the
following part around line 39 of
layouts/vlayout/modules/Vtiger/uitypes/Owner.tpl :

{foreach key=OWNER_ID item=OWNER_NAME from=$ACCESSIBLE_GROUP_LIST}

Instead of original code :

{foreach key=OWNER_ID item=OWNER_NAME from=$ALL_ACTIVEGROUP_LIST}

Do you think this little mod may cause some unexpected issue ?
