[Vtigercrm-developers] v6.2 - setting a default for new events/todo send notification field?

[Richard Hills - Technologywise]

I need to set send notification to be default and noticed these fields 
can not have a default assigned in the field editor and seem to ignore 
the default field in the vtiger_field table. Can anyone advise how to 
achieve this?
