[Vtigercrm-developers] uitype 16 - not accessible

[Richard Hills - Technologywise]

I have created a uitype 16 picklist and found that users are greeted 
with LBL_NOT_ACCESSIBLE, is there some way that I need to make non 
role-based picklist options accessible to users other than allowing 
field access?
