[Vtigercrm-developers] Vendor Portal?

Hi,
We need an extension for Vtiger like the customer portal, but for vendors.
We have a number of freelance vendors who work with us, we want to assign
projects to freelance vendors in Vtiger, and through a vendor portal,
freelancers are able to view their projects and, at the end of the month,
create automatically a default invoice (with the activities in projects of
the month).

There is something like this? If not, there is any developer who can give
us an indication about price?
