[Vtigercrm-developers] Mail manager not show folders

I have vtiger 6.2 on Centos and I have configured mail manager to get email
from an exchange/imap server.
I can get emails in inbox, and folders list in the combo box near delete
button.
On the left there is a "folders" section in wich i suppose must be folders
from the email account, but it's still empty.
I don't found any issue in trac, but only some people with same issue
without a solution posted 1 year ago or more.

Is a non-bug or an exchange-related issue that can not be solved?
