[Vtigercrm-developers] outlook and emoji

Hi all,
a customer has reported this error when adding emails from Outlook to 
vtiger:

apparently an Emoji is what young people call a smiley :) they get 
converted to graphical images by applications to save on imagination. 
This particular one has a rather suspicious &amp in the file name and 
something isn't liking it. Has anyone else seen this happening?
