[Vtigercrm-developers] Folder permissions to installation

I've configured my file permissions as described by Matus

There are a couple of issues with those settings

1. It is not possible to install any extensions.
2. Any extensions which create files such as Module Builder are unable to
create modules etc.

Not a major issue as one can temporarily change the permissions, but are
there any other consequences of configuring the file permissions this way?
