If you try and use vtiger's Outbound mail service via a gmail account be aware that will probably have to turn on the gmail setting "Allow less secure apps". We found this the other week with a customer setting it up for the first time. I think it's down to Google really wanting all clients to use OAuth 2. HTH Al
