[Vtigercrm-developers] What can cause this?

This is occurring sometimes after a migration but not everytime.

A while back Richard Hills found that a missing 
vtiger_roles.allowassignedrecordsto column could cause this. But 
unfortunately for me this column is present this time.

There are no errors reported in the log when loading any list view, yet 
the assigned_to column always has the image shown displayed in it.
