[Vtigercrm-developers] Change From Name Field for Emails

Hi Uma.

It is pretty simple. Suppose you have a user "John Doe" with email
johndoe at mycompany.com who works on support department. I want the messages
sent by this user to come from "Support" and not from "John Doe" (from
email address remains unchanged, of course).
