Now I find every user can see all record,because I copy the profile data from vt5.4,I dont what error for this reason.

Hi,

According to our default settings, An admin with any role and a non admin with CEO role can able to view the custom fields in the profile edits. For other users they don't have  a access to the profile editing. Might be some customization in role level access is leading to this issue.
