[Vtigercrm-developers] Can't move/re-order widgets on Dashboard (Chrome + Win8)

Hi,

When using Chrome on Windows 8, you can't move/reorder widgets on Dashboard.
Issue is reproductible on demo.vtiger.com
However, it works properly with Firefox or IE.
