[Vtigercrm-developers] ExtensionStore Access denied message?

I've had a report from a customer that some users are seeing this 
message when logging in (see screenshot) to vtiger 6.1.0. (This was a 
migrated system from 6.0.0)

The users she says see this message are in different Roles, one is admin 
and the Profiles do not have the Extension Store module disabled...

Any ideas?
